During my business trip I spend the night at this nice little Hotel which is perfectly located in the centre of Rome and close to a lot of the beauty Rome has to offer. The hotel is homey, clean, not expensive. The staff is also very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Rome and is looking for a nice place to stay for the night. It’s really value for money and since it’s in the middle of Rome I had the opportunity to visit a lot of the sights by foot, for example: “The Colosseum” (1 minute walk); “The Forum” (1 minute walk); “Monument to Victor Emmanuel II” (5 minutes walk); “The Vatican” (30 minutes walk); “Castle Sant'Angelo” (30 minutes walk); “Piazza Navona” (20 minute walk); “Trevi fountain” (15 minutes walk); “Spanish stairs” (20 minutes walk).

A great little private hotel. Staff were fantastic. Location was very good, 2 mins from the Colosseum. Plenty od restaurants nearby.
Shower was very small, difficult for a bigger person to get into.

The hotel was excellent in every way. The accommodation was very well presented and the owners/staff extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The bakery next door, where we had our breakfast, was very friendly and the choice of food for breakfast was great.

The hotel was very helpful and friendly. Riccardo went beyond the expectations of the front desk roles. He was able to help us out with any problems we had and really tried to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Than you Riccardo!!
Location was fantastic but if you are driving good luck finding a parking lot.

Friendly staff, good location and tea and coffee facilities in the large nicely decorated bedroom.Welcome gift of wine was a plus.
Going to a nearby cafe for breakfast took some getting used to. But the staff were friendly and some of the pastries very good.

Ideally located for major attractions. Small hotel, individual attention which was welcome. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. A complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Some noise from the street but internally, the hotel was very quiet. No noisy neighbours!
The breakfast is very poor. It is offered in a cafe next door. There is no menu and you have to haggle. There was no fresh bread (although for the sweet-toothed, the array of pastries would no doubt have been a treat) and we were only offered a very small cup of coffee and no juice. I felt we were being tolerated, not welcomed. Also, we were asked to pay our hotel extras (30 Euros) in cash and no receipt was issued.

Perfect little hotel in a great location, highly recommended. Rooms are small, but very modern, clean and well equipped. The breakfast next door was simple and very typical. Had a great stay and will probably return!

The fact that its not main stream or a commercial hotel it was very ideal. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Both Massimo and Riccardo were awesome. The place is only recently opened and its very clean, nicely furnished and big enough rooms. The location was fantastic as its literally 5 mins walk from the colosseum and 5 mins walk to the metro station. I loved my stay there and would def come back.
Breakfast - The fact that you have to go down and out of the hotel to a small cafe/bar down the street for breakfast. Its still on the house (included in your hotel rent) and the cafe hosts and waiters were very friendly and one in particular was very funny, its just not very convenient.
